Research and member-care reports show that the highest risk of missionary burnout and early departure happens within the first 3 to 5 years of service, especially for those stepping into high-stress or culturally complex regions. Furthermore, pastoral studies highlight that many cross-cultural workers quietly battle severe personal trials—often carrying a heavy fear that admitting these struggles to leadership could mean losing their place on the field.
Because of this great need, Amy and I come alongside global workers, missionaries, and local pastors to offer pastoral counseling, safe spaces, and gentle guidance back to the heart of Christ. Our prayer is that they find deep healing in Him so they can flourish—knowing that when they flourish, their ministries flourish right along with them.
